Return Policy

1. Shipping Policy

We only ship inside the continental United States. We do not ship certain products to states where the products are restricted. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the products they are ordering are not restricted in their states. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We recommend a FedEx or UPS upgrade for most firearm-NFA-related packages.

Firearms and NFA items require FFL/SOT License prior to shipping. We can not ship these items without the license. 

NOTE: It is the customer responsibility to make sure we receive FLL and SOT license from their dealers. Therefore, the sooner we receive these license, the sooner we can ship those products. 

Have your selected FFL Dealer submit a copy of their license to info@freedom-weapons.com. Please make sure they include your name and order number. 

2. Return Policy

2.1 NFA Items

To maintain our goal of providing fantastic customer service and competitive pricing, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied to any canceled order where a serial number is assigned during the order process. This 10% cancellation fee applies to orders where Freedom Weapons LLC has not initiated the BATFE transfer process and the return request was made within seven days of purchase. Once Freedom Weapons LLC has initiated the transfer process there will be no returns for NFA items. 

In the event of a return, should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

NOTE: All new products are backed by the individual manufacturer either on a limited or lifetime warranty. Please make sure you register your product as soon as possible with the individual manufacturer. Once you register, you will be covered for their limited or lifetime warranty. If you encounter a warranty related issue, please contact the individual manufacturer first. 

2.2 Firearms

We do not accept returns for firearms. Orders that have been placed, and not shipped, are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

2.3 Accessories

We are happy to process returns within 7 days of delivery as long as the product(s) are unused and in their original packaging and condition. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping fees for returns to Freedom Weapons LLC are the sole responsibility of the customer.

2.4 Ammunition

We do not accept returns for ammunition.

2.5 Parts

 We do not accept returns on weapons parts. 

2.6 Electronics

We do not accept returns on electronic products. 

2.7 Night Vision/Thermal

We do not accept returns on Night Vision and Thermal Products. 

2.8 Optics

 We do not accept returns on optics, sights, red dots, RMR.

3. Services and Trusts

 Custom work, services, gunsmithing, service fees, and digital downloads such as NFA Gun Trusts are non-refundable.
