1. Introduction
Welcome to Freedom Weapons LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at www.freedom-weapons.com and our provision of the services and products that we provide. By accessing our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with these Terms and Conditions or any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our website.
2. Order Acceptance Policy
Please note that the confirmation of your order, whether electronic or otherwise, does not imply our acceptance of your order, nor is it an affirmation of our commitment to sell. Freedom Weapons LLC retains the right to accept or decline your order for any reason or to provide a quantity less than your ordered amount at any time following the receipt of your order.
3. Product Availability
We aim to ship your product as soon as it is available. Typically, if an order is placed by 5:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day, or the next business day for orders received after this time or on weekends or major holidays. However, there may be instances when the product you ordered is not immediately available, which may cause a delay in fulfilling your order. We will keep you updated on any products that you have ordered that are currently out of stock and not available for immediate shipment. You have the right to cancel your order at any time before it is shipped.
NOTE: NFA items require that we receive a copy of your FFL/SOT license. It also requires approval by the BATF From 3 before we can ship. Once these licenses and approval are received, we will ship the same or next business day.
Firearms need a copy of your dealer's FFL. We can not ship firearms until we receive this license. Once received, we will ship the same day or next business day.
4. Multiple Product Orders
For orders that include multiple products, we strive to ship all items in the order simultaneously. If certain products are unavailable at the time of shipping, they will be shipped as they become available, unless you instruct us otherwise. You will only be billed for the products included in a specific shipment, along with any relevant shipping charges. The shipping rate you will be charged is the one quoted to you on your purchase receipt.
5. Taxes
For orders to be delivered within the same state, our store will automatically apply and withhold the relevant sales tax. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
6. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to other websites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the operation or content of any such third-party sites.
7. Typographical Errors
In the event of a product being listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Freedom Weapons LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
8. Other Conditions
These Terms and Conditions supersede any terms and/or conditions that you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Freedom Weapons LLC signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, Freedom Weapons LLC owns the intellectual property rights for all material on the website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from our website for your personal use subject to restrictions set in these Terms and Conditions.
